ABOUT CHAILE

Licensed to practice law in both Texas and Louisiana, Chaile focuses her practice on all manner of high-stakes civil cases, representing clients in personal injury suits, complex commercial litigation, product-liability claims, energy disputes, and construction litigation.

Chaile was raised on her family’s cotton farm just north of the small West Texas town of Roscoe, where she graduated high school in 2003. Chaile is the proud great-granddaughter of Austrian immigrants who settled and established her family farm in Inadale, Texas in 1911. Chaile’s father continues to farm the land settled by her ancestors and her family was recognized in 2012 by the Texas Department of Agriculture for 100 years of service to Texas Agriculture.

After graduating high school, Chaile attended Texas Tech University and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 2006. After graduating from Texas Tech, Chaile attended law school at Paul M. Hebert School of Law at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Chaile graduated from LSU with a Juris Doctor and Graduate Diploma in Civil Law in 2009. In August of 2009, Chaile began her legal career as a law clerk for the 26th Judicial District Court, Parishes of Bossier and Webster.

On June 1, 2010, Chaile became an associate with Nelson and Hammons, APLC in Shreveport, Louisiana. During that time Chaile dedicated her career to providing clients with a full range of legal services related to injuries sustained as a result of the negligence of others. Chaile has experience in effectively representing clients from the first day they contact her office until their case is settled or a judgment is entered by the court.

In January of 2015, Chaile moved back home to West Texas to begin practicing law in the community where she was born and raised. Chaile currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer of the Abilene Bar Association and serves on the Board of Directors for the Abilene chapter of the Texas Tech Alumni Association.

Chaile is married to Dusty Allen, a Physician Assistant with Abilene Sports Medicine and Orthopedics. When Chaile is not at work representing clients she enjoys spending time on the lake with her husband and two sons.
