CHAILE ALLEN – FOUNDER
Licensed to practice law in both Texas and Louisiana, Chaile focuses her practice on high-stakes civil cases, representing clients in personal injury suits, complex commercial litigation, product-liability claims, energy disputes, and construction litigation.
Chaile’s legal experience includes more than 15 years of litigating hundreds of civil lawsuits arising from catastrophic injuries and deaths due to the negligence of others. Her legal career has focused exclusively on civil law. There are a multitude of lawyers vying to represent personal injury victims in Abilene. Many come from outside Abilene and have limited knowledge of the workings of the local court system. Others have limited or no experience litigating personal injury cases.
Chaile resides in Abilene and is proud of her record of success serving members of her community as they seek needed compensation for their serious injuries. Chaile has the compassion, experience, and local court experience to achieve the results her clients need to get on with their lives.
Chaile attended Texas Tech University and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 2006. After graduating from Texas Tech, Chaile attended law school at Paul M. Hebert School of Law at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Chaile graduated from LSU in 2009 and began her legal career as a judicial law clerk.
Chaile became an associate with Nelson and Hammons, APLC in Shreveport, Louisiana. During that time Chaile dedicated her career to providing clients with legal services related to injuries sustained as a result of the negligence of others. Chaile understands that quality representation begins the minute a new client contacts her office and continues until all aspects of the case are satisfactorily addressed.
In January of 2015, Chaile moved back home to West Texas to begin practicing law in the community where she was born and raised. Chaile is a Past President of the Abilene Bar Association and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Abilene chapter of the Texas Tech Alumni Association.
Chaile was raised on her family’s cotton farm just north of the small West Texas town of Roscoe. Chaile’s family continues to farm the land settled by her Austrian ancestors in 1911 and her family was recognized in 2012 by the Texas Department of Agriculture for 100 years of service to Texas Agriculture.
Chaile is married to Dusty Allen, a Physician Assistant with Abilene Sports Medicine and Orthopedics. When Chaile is not at work representing clients, she enjoys spending time on the lake with her husband and two sons.
